Lacoste Drives Omnichannel Brand Experiences with Contentserv

Case study: Delivering unique consumer experiences

Two years ago, Lacoste, the legendary “crocodile brand” and iconic fashion manufacturer, decided to work together with Contentserv, the global Product Experience Platform (PXP) leader, to accelerate time-to-market and optimize all its e-commerce sites throughout the world. Lacoste's vision is to provide consumers with unique experiences both in-store and online, no matter where they are. Today, Contentserv and Lacoste are excited to share insights into this journey via a new case study. 

Lacoste´s primary goal was to amplify the brand’s omnichannel presence consistently across all distribution channels to offer engaging and exceptional product experiences to all its consumers around the world. After evaluating several PIM solutions, Lacoste chose Contentserv to leverage its awarded Product Information Management solution.  

Contentserv enables Lacoste to maintain rich, accurate and high-quality product content, increase agility and flexibility and ultimately deliver products to market faster every single season – across all e-commerce sites and points of sale.  

“To our great satisfaction, the solution has been working perfectly for two years, and the first objectives of this implementation have been achieved,” says Jean-Philippe Dran, Chief Information Officer, Lacoste. 

Having streamlined operational processes, ensuring overall data quality and improved time-to-market, Lacoste is now looking forward to further enhancements. The next step will be the integration of the Contentserv Digital Asset Management (DAM) component in the near future.
