- Zum 1. August startet neues Vertriebsteam für Textil- und Stahlseilfördergurte in Lima
- Servicemannschaft leistet künftig Montage- und Reparaturarbeiten direkt vor Ort
Flexiblen, qualifizierten und kundennahen Service bietet die ContiTech Conveyor Belt Group, einer der führenden Hersteller von Fördergurten, weltweit an. Zum 1. August hat der Geschäftsbereich von ContiTech in der peruanischen Hauptstadt Lima ein Sales Office eröffnet. Ein Ziel ist der Aufbau eines lokalen Serviceteams, das Projekte direkt vor Ort betreut.
"Der peruanische Bergbausektor ist der am schnellsten wachsende Bergbausektor in Südamerika. Für die nächsten Jahre sind sehr viele Investitionen geplant. Zudem verfügt Peru über eine Vielzahl von Bodenschätzen, die noch nicht erschlossen sind", berichtet Silvia Braatz, Director of Peru Operations, und fährt fort: "Unsere Zielgruppen sind daher vor allem Bergbauunternehmen und Minengesellschaften." Den Fokus legt das Team auf die qualitativ hochwertigen Textil- und Stahlseilgurte von ContiTech.
Bedient wird das Sales Office überwiegend vom ContiTech-Produktionsstandort in Santiago de Chile, Chile. "Mit der Unternehmensstrategie "ContiTech Conveyor Belts - First Choice", produzieren wir unter deutschen Qualitätsstandards und unsere Produkte profitieren weltweit von unserem Ingenieurs-Knowhow. Zudem können wir so kurze Transportwege gewährleisten," erklärt Braatz, die das Vertriebsteam in Lima leitet. Neben dem Vertrieb von Textil- und Stahlseilfördergurten, wie zum Beispiel ContiTech STAHLCORD®, ist der Aufbau eines Serviceteams geplant. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich unter anderem um Montagearbeiten sowie Reparaturen direkt bei den peruanischen Minenbetreibern.
