(PresseBox) (PORTO, PORTUGAL, )
Critical Manufacturing announced today the first major showcase of its latest software release will take place April 23-27, 2018 at Hannover Messe, the world's leading trade show for industrial technology. Officially available on April 9, 2018, Version 6 (V6) of Critical Manufacturing’s leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is designed to launch manufacturers into the next generation of operations using Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, digital twin, advanced analytics, and more to become Industry 4.0 ready.

Critical Manufacturing is laser focused on making Industry 4.0 a reality for manufacturers and this release reaffirms their leadership in the high-tech manufacturing segment. V6 makes it easy to:
  • Integrate automation and IoT data into operations information
  • Create, standardize, and rapidly deploy plant and automation workflows
  • Enable operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to work on mobile devices
  • Create ideal user interfaces for each group of system users
  • Know where in the plant to focus attention at any given moment
  • Maximize nimbleness and profit
The highlight of V6 is the latest Connect IoT, a groundbreaking module created to dramatically reduce the time and effort to implement equipment or IoT integration. With the ability to work with all types of devices, Connect IoT actually creates the Industry 4.0 vision of a decentralized autonomous shop floor marketplace. A lightweight and low-footprint solution, Connect IoT connects and elevates existing equipment, devices, and protocols. This module is designed to be highly intuitive and visual and delivers a single graphical view of all automation workflows, making it simple to create and update complex logic with no code required. Additionally, visual debugging without external simulators is now a reality and workflows can be deployed with one click.

Stop by Hall 7, Stand A30 at Hannover Messe 2018 to see Critical Manufacturing’s V6, the only MES that includes an integrated automation layer robust enough for the most demanding industries, including semiconductor, electronics, printed circuit boards (PCBs), medical devices, and more.
