Mit dem Schwerpunktthema "Work and Life with the Cloud" sei das richtige Top-Thema zum richtigen Zeitpunkt besetzt worden. "Die Cloud beschäftigt sämtliche Sparten der ITK-Branche und führt zu tiefgreifenden Veränderungen in allen Branchen. Die CeBIT hat eine Fülle von Anwendungen präsentiert, die Akzeptanz für Cloud-Technologien erhöht und signifikante Geschäftsabschlüsse realisiert. Die fünf Tage von Hannover haben das große Potenzial des Cloud-Ansatzes aufgezeigt."
Die Unternehmen lobten vor allem die Entscheidungskompetenz der Besucher. "Die CeBIT in Hannover ist die Veranstaltung der Entscheider. Mehr als 500 CIOs internationaler Konzerne mit einem jährlichen Einkaufsvolumen über 50 Milliarden Euro haben die CeBIT 2011 besucht - so viele wie noch nie", sagte Raue.
Insbesondere die neue CeBIT life legte eine gelungene Premiere hin. "Diese Plattform werden wir weiter ausbauen, denn der Konsument ist inzwischen entscheidender Treiber für Innovation und Geschäft", betonte Raue. "Die Clusterung der Themen in die vier Plattformen pro, gov, lab und life war sehr erfolgreich und damit geben sie den Weg für 2012 vor."
Die CeBIT 2012 wird vom 6. bis 10. März in Hannover ausgerichtet.
