In line with the company philosophy ‘Software follows function’, TUP is demonstrating its expertise in the development of highly individual warehouse management systems at LogiMAT 2025. In its projects, the software specialist from the Karlsruhe area shows how customised solutions can handle even the most complex logistics requirements while guaranteeing maximum future-proofing.

‘In many cases, a customised WMS offers significant advantages,’ emphasises Simon Thomas, Managing Director of TUP. “Not only is it optimally tailored to intralogistics requirements, which makes it faster, more flexible and more efficient, but it is ultimately also more cost-effective for highly complex processes.” This is reflected in numerous successful projects where standard solutions would reach their limits. TUP's software architecture makes it possible to meet dynamic requirements with equally dynamic measures. Instead of rigid workflows, the company relies on a flexible, iterative approach and retrofits during ongoing operations.

One example of the efficiency of TUP solutions is the successful integration of various shipping channels in the newly built central distribution centre of an international fashion company. The developed solution not only covers the entire order processing, but also optimizes throughput times and increases efficiency at the point of sale. All automation technologies – from automated guided vehicles to automatic small parts warehouses and conveyor technology – are seamlessly integrated.

Particularly noteworthy is the future-proof nature of TUP systems. The warehouse management platform works seamlessly in cloud-based, local and hybrid environments and is compatible with leading cloud providers. ‘Our current development status regarding WebGUI, Quarkus, Kubernetes or Gitlab is well above the state of the art in intralogistics,’ explains TUP CIO Eduard Wagner.

The outstanding service rounds off the company’s prtfolio: if required, the TUP team is available to its customers around the clock and guarantees a response time of 30 minutes maximum, 24/7. This underlines the company's claim to be not only a technology leader but also a reliable partner for its customers.

Visit TUP at LogiMAT 2025 at booth 4A29 and experience how customised warehouse management systems are shaping the future of intralogistics.
