“We look back with pride on the past 15 years. But above all, however, we are pleased today with the new development of our HARVEY product family, which will initially be launched on the market in the HARVEY 8x8 variant. HARVEY 8x8 is the little brother of the accomplished HARVEY mx. 16 and will be presented to the public at ISE in Amsterdam in February 2018”, says Jochen Cronemeyer, Managing Director of the company.
The new HARVEY product family incorporates the features that have already distinguished the HARVEY mx. 16. This includes the excellent audio quality and low constant latency, as well as the very simple configuration of the complex signal processing. The various control options via serial ports, Ethernet and DMX were also retained. And the new HARVEY also speaks Dante as well, of course.
In addition, the entire architecture of the HARVEY has been redesigned so that it is now available in a 1U-housing in variants with different numbers of analog IOs. This means that HARVEY has the commercially suitable answer for every project, whether in theatres, stadiums, home cinema or conference rooms. Further configurations such as 4x8, 24x4 or 16x16 will follow after the introduction of the 8x8 variant. A digital IO card via AES/EBU and an elegant remote control for wall mounting round off the portfolio.
