Recycling-Technik brings the industry’s diversity to light

Fourth edition of Recycling-Technik in Dortmund enjoys increasing popularity

(PresseBox) (München, )
On 10th & 11th May, this year’s Recycling-Technik will take place in Dortmund. Visitors can find out about the growing diversity of industry solutions available both at home and abroad. Compared to the last edition, the number of exhibitors has risen by about 15 percent; this is based on the bookings already received by the end of January, says exhibition organiser Easyfairs. The growth trend is confirmed by the rapid increase in visitor numbers recorded since the organiser launched the show. With lectures, guided tours and the first International Cooperation Exchange, visitors will find a wide range of additional offers in their search for new products and solutions.

On 10th and 11th May, the fourth Recycling-Technik will take place in Dortmund. The expert trade show is considered an important business and innovation platform for recycling and environmental technology, as well as for urban mining. Again this year, everything will be focused on technology for the sector. Exhibitors will present machinery and plant components for reclamation and environmentally-sound disposal. And, for the first time, industry leaders such as RETO recycling technology, Haas Recycling or HAAKE will also be there. Furthermore, at its community stand the WFZruhr will give startups from the region the opportunity to present themselves. WFZruhr is a corporate network for the environmental industry in NRW, with a focus on waste disposal, recycling, plant engineering and logistics. Complementing the exhibitors who have regularly participated in the last three events, this addition only increases the show’s importance.

Recycling-Technik Dortmund is a mirror of the industry’s diversity

“Recycling-Technik has become ever-more popular with both exhibitors and visitors, as evidenced by the increasing numbers," reports Daniel Eisele, Group Event Director and exhibition manager for the show organiser, Easyfairs Germany GmbH. With 240 providers, there will be 15 percent more exhibitors showing their products and solutions than last time. This ensures an even greater variety of products and solutions. "Nevertheless, it remains a compact industrial show focused on a specific target audience," emphasises Eisele.

Interested visitors can find out about equipment from balers and shredding machines, sorting systems and crushers, to sieving and separating machines, through to conveyor belts – everything for recycling depots and disposal companies, as well as for enterprises with in-house recycling facilities.

Show programme in the Innovation Center

The growing diversity is also supported by a rich show programme, among other things, with two guided tours of the exhibition each day and 100 lectures on five open stages. And, for the first time, innovative projects by nominated participants of the 2017 DGAW Science Congress will be presented. In cooperation with Enterprise Europe Network, Zenit GmbH and the WFZruhr, the first International Cooperation Exchange will also take place during this year’s show.
