Organized by Tarsus the event is presenting machinery, equipment and raw materials, as well as global solutions for the plastics processing industry.
The 2019 edition was most successful with 863 exhibiting companies, 613 conference attendees and over 28.000 trade visitors from 40 countries.
The significant part of the attendance of PLASTIMAGEN is in final decision making or strong influence position such as CEOs, managing directors, owner, senior engineers and area coordinators. The key interest areas are raw materials, machinery and equipment as well as process and services for the plastic and rubber industry.
National pavilions supported by their respective governments and national associations continue to participate from Germany, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Brasil, India, China, Canada, Qatar and the United States.
This year for the first time, Switzerland Global Enterprise presented a group with Swiss companies. “SWISS Pavilion's first participation in Plastimagen 2019 - organised by Switzerland Global Enterprise and the Swiss Business Hub Mexcico was a success. In-depth discussions, innovative solutions and new business models were initiated and discussed. The Swiss presence is guaranteed at the next show in November 2020”, stated Sandra Brogli, Project Manager Trade Fairs, Switzerland Global Enterprise.
The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy will support the German Pavilion at PLASTIMAGEN 2020 again. The pavilion is organized by VDMA-German Plastics & Rubber Machinery Association and Messe Düsseldorf.
