Foundry-Planet Ltd., founded in 2004 with its base of operations in Füssen, Bavaria, will be taken over by the Foundry-Planet GmbH in Füssen on the 1st of November, 2019, and thus changes its legal form into a German limited liability company (GmbH).
With this measure, the new Foundry-Planet GmbH creates absolute legal certainty and makes itself independent of any Brexit effects.
In other words, nothing changes for readers, customers and business partners, as the media - such as the platform www.foundry-planet.com, Global Casting Magazine or the various Foundry-Planet special print editions - remain unchanged, and in the same quality and scope.
The new Foundry-Planet GmbH now has a second operative manager and shareholder, Andreas Kanat, a Publisher & Digital Marketing Specialist from Füssen.
Mr. Andreas Kanat strengthens the Foundry-Planet team as Managing Director with a focus on sales, marketing, and digital development, while Thomas Fritsch, also Managing Director, takes on editorial and networking tasks.
In a changing media environment, Foundry-Planet GmbH has transitioned to primarily digital forms of presentation in order to maintain its position as a top player in the industry’s specialist media network in the future.
Foundry-Planet GmbH has already developed digital networking initiatives and advertising offers that meet the latest digital requirements.
In addition, Foundry-Planet GmbH has established cooperations with other providers of foundry specialist media, enabling comprehensive digital networking in favor of the advertising customers.
