The Process Days will take place in three exceptional locations this year: on 2nd June 2016 in Munich, on 21st June 2016 in Frankfurt am Main and on 28th June 2016 in Cologne. The practice-oriented conference provides expert presentations by top speakers and treats different emphases depending on the location. So in Munich the focus is placed on the approach "model to execute" for a worldwide process management. In Frankfurt it's about the process-oriented structure of an internal control system and the integration of an organisation manual (or fixed written order). The focus in Cologne is set on professional and technical process modelling within the business IT alignment.
For the first time participants can also attend a free workshop among the location-based emphases. The aim of the workshop is to train implementation strategies and to jointly develop solution approaches for BPM.
The Process Days offer a unique opportunity to try out new approaches in the workshop and receive suggestions for their own process management. The event is aimed at process managers and officers, IT managers, quality managers and organisation staff and to all interested parties about the process and IT management. The participation is free of charge but the number of places is limited.
