Die drei Headsets der neuen Jabra Corded Stereo-Serie bestehen aus einer Bedieneinheit mit Mikrofon und In-Ear-Kopfhörern. Ergonomisch geformte, weiche Gelkissen halten die Kopfhörer sicher im Ohr. Die Headsets verbinden sich über einen 3,5 mm Klinkenstecker mit iPods, iPhones, MP3-Playern, Handys oder Computern. So lässt sich Musik hören und je nach Endgerät auch telefonieren. Über die Bedieneinheit lassen sich geräteabhängig Anrufe annehmen und beenden, Musiktitel anwählen und zurückspulen.
Für störungsfreie Klangwiedergabe hat GN Netcom alle Headsets mit korrosionsfreien Goldkontakten ausgestattet. Jabra Rhythm und Jabra Active reduzieren zusätzlich störende Windgeräusche.
Im Jabra Active hat GN Netcom spezielle Materialien verarbeitet und es resistent gegen Wasser und Schweiß gemacht. Dadurch eignet sich das Modell besonders gut für Sportler.
GN Netcom zeigt das neue kabelgebundene Produktportfolio erstmals auf der IFA vom 3. bis 8. September 2010 in Berlin. Zu sehen sind Jabra Chill, Jabra Rhythm und Jabra Active in Halle 10.2 am Hama-Stand und in Halle 9, Stand 109 am Komsa-Stand.
Das Jabra Chill ist für 19,99 Euro, das Jabra Rhythm für 29,99 Euro ab sofort erhältlich. Marktstart für Jabra Active ist Mitte Oktober, sein Preis wird zum Marktstart bekannt gegeben.
