Frankfurt hat als Gründungsstandort der DIW zentrale Bedeutung für die bilateralen Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und Israel. Die Geschäftsstelle Rhein-Main ist mit einer nennenswerten Anzahl an Mitgliedern eine von inzwischen sechs Geschäftsstellen der Wirtschaftsvereinigung. Die Mitglieder profitieren dabei vor allem von umfangreichen Beratungsleistungen in allen Phasen des Markteinstiegs und von dem umfangreichen Netzwerk der DIW in Politik, Institutionen und Wirtschaft.
Als neuer Geschäftsstellenleiter soll Christian Kusulis die deutsch-israelische Zusammenarbeit in der Rhein/Main-Region weiter ankurbeln. Der Wettbewerbsrechtler und IP-Experte ist Leiter des Israel Desk bei GvW Graf von Westphalen und koordiniert in dieser Funktion die deutsch-israelischen Mandatsbeziehungen der Kanzlei. Die Schwerpunkte der Beratung des Israel Desk liegen in den Bereichen Real Estate, Energie und IP/Technologie.
