The weekly business news magazine WirtschaftsWoche conducted its study of the executive search market in cooperation with Christel Gade, an expert on the executive search industry and a professor at the IUBH International University Bad Honnef. The specially designed questionnaire was completed by approximately 1,150 HR decision-makers from German companies over a period of two months and rated over 600 executive search consultancies. They provided information about issues such as how satisfied they were with different executive search companies and awarded stars for good or excellent services. The survey was supported by the German Association for Personnel Management, the Federal Association of German Management Consultants and the trade association ‘Die Führungskräfte’ (The managers).
Ralf Hager, founder and Managing Director of Hager Unternehmensberatung, on the award: “We see ourselves as a quality service provider with very high standards of professionalism and competence. That’s why it’s all the more pleasing that our process excellence, which is firmly anchored in all areas of our work, is reflected in the results of this survey. With nearly 90 employees, we are able to fulfil all the requirements imposed on personnel consultancies. I must also emphasise the excellent performance of my team at this point: they are all dedicated to the processes required and successfully implement them for the benefit of our customers.”
“We know the challenges that our customers are often confronted with when trying to identify suitable candidates, as well as the problems companies face when a key position is improperly filled. That’s why the top priority for our entire team is the placement of suitable, expertly preselected candidates for our customers.”
