Simpler wiring up with connector with bridge block

Making distribution lines pluggable and flexible with industrial connectors

(PresseBox) (Espelkamp, )
The new bridge block now makes the unique option of potential multiplication in the connector − known from Han-Yellock® − available for many other Han® series. Users benefit from reduced wiring effort as well as less space requirements.

The bridging function, which has been performed up to now mainly by terminal blocks in the switching cabinet, is implemented in the connector quickly, maintainably and with very low demands on space. The integration of this function provides users with considerable benefits: On the one hand, the wiring effort, and thereby the installation time, is reduced. On the other hand, much less space is required, which conforms with the trend to miniaturization.

The bridge block itself takes on the role of an adapter and offers, in a size of three Han-Modular® inserts, room for up to 15 Han E® pin contacts. Three socket holder rows can be freely selected and inserted. From the normal 1 to 1 contacting up to bridging of 5, there are still many more variants available from the existing Han-Yellock® portfolio. With its compatibility to the Han-Modular® hinged frames, the Han-Yellock® bridge block can be applied in all hinged frame applications from a size of 10B. In addition, the combination with Han-Eco® and the Han-Modular® docking frame is ensured. In combination with the large number of inserts from the Han-Modular® program an exceptionally high level of flexibility is offered.
