Im Osten von Russland wird bald eine schlüsselfertige Vor- und Nachbrechanlage für Kalkstein im Wert von mehreren Millionen Euro installiert.
Das Industriemineral Kalkstein findet breite Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Industriebereichen, wie z. B. in der Baustoff-, Stahl- und Chemieindustrie. In der Baustoffindustrie wird Kalkstein zur Herstellung von Trockenmörtel, Gipskartonplatten oder als Flammschutz eingesetzt.
Bei dem Auftrag handelt es sich um eine neue Vor- und Nachbrechanlage, die unter anderem aus dem Aufgabebunker, Plattenband, Siebmaschinen, Brechtechnik, Stahlbau, Fördertechnik und Steuerung besteht. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören ferner die Montagekoordination, die Inbetriebnahme und die nachhaltige Betreuung durch die Serviceabteilung. Die komplette Anlage wird für die schwierigen klimatischen Bedingungen vor Ort - Temperaturen von bis zu -40 Grad Celsius sind durchaus möglich - ausgelegt. Somit ist auch bei widrigsten Temperaturen eine reibungslose Produktion sichergestellt.
Die Inbetriebnahme der kompletten Anlage ist für den Herbst 2015 geplant.
Dieser Auftrag trägt zu einer kontinuierlichen Auslastung für die nächsten Monate am Standort in Münster, Westfalen bei.
