Am 26. und 27. März 2012 fanden im Palais Eschenbach in Wien die Praxistage 2012 statt. Zahlreiche Vorträge namhafter Referenten gaben wertvolle Impulse für alle Belange unternehmerischen Handelns. Die ibo Software GmbH aus Wettenberg war das erste Mal bei den Praxistagen zu Gast.

Der Geschäftsführer Frank Bender hielt dabei einen Vortrag zum Thema „Prozess oder Projekt: Die Einführung von Prozessmanagement als Projekt“. Darin arbeitet er die Bedeutung von Prozesssteuerung und permanenter Leistungsmessung für das Prozessmanagement heraus, die letztlich und langfristig betrachtet wichtige Garanten für den unternehmerischen Erfolg sind. Wer sein Prozessmanagement so anlegt und ausrichtet, benötigt allerdings auch die Mitarbeiter, die das mit Leben füllen können: Mitarbeiter mit Fünfkampf-Potenzial: Ausdauer, Fingerspitzengefühl, innere Ruhe, Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Schnelligkeit. Damit die Mitarbeiter diese Fähigkeiten in den Dienst des Prozessmanagements stellen, ist es wichtig, allen beteiligten Personen den Nutzen zu vermitteln.
