Toleranzenschieber neu aufgelegt

In Konstruktion, Entwicklung und Produktionsbereichen ist er seit Jahren weit verbreitet: Der Maßtoleranzenschieber für Gesenkschmiedeteile aus Stahl. Der Inhalt der DIN EN 10243, der inklusive Ergänzungen auf 30 Seiten wiedergegeben ist, passt hier auf den stabilen Toleranzenschieber mit einem Maß von 9 cm x 25 cm.

Die einfache Handhabung zur Ermittlung der wichtigen Toleranzen von Maßen und Mittenabständen sowie von Versatz und Gratansatz in Abhängigkeit von Schmiedegewicht, -güte, Feingliedrigkeit und Stoffschwierigkeit wird von den Fachleuten aus der Warmmassivumformung geschätzt. Durch seine robuste und unempfindliche Oberfläche kann der Toleranzenschieber problemlos auch in den Fertigungsbereichen oder in der fertigungsbegleitenden Qualitätsprüfung eingesetzt werden.
