The two companies signed a corresponding transfer agreement. Takeda will transfer the 24-hectare site, including buildings, infrastructure and some pharmaceutical production facilities, to Infrareal. The agreement is subject to customary legal and regulatory pre closing conditions including merger control approval in Austria.
