InLoox update solves the problems related to a Microsoft patch
The Microsoft patch, number KB2293428, fixes a security issue in Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 3, through which an attacker may intrude a system that is connected to Microsoft Exchange (see http://www.microsoft.com/...). After installing the patch in Outlook 2003, the operation of InLoox is affected. Within a few hours of the problem becoming known, InLoox released version 6.5.2 of the software, which solves the problem.
The rapid response and open communication has been positively received by the users: “I’m very thankful for your prompt service. Everything is working perfectly, again. It shows, yet again, that we have chosen right partner” said Adrian Wohler, sales manager in Lightmanagement AG, in his praise of the InLoox support team. “It is our aim to solve all problems as quickly as possible”, so Thorsten Wellnitz, system developer of InLoox GmbH, “We are delighted to have received such a positive feedback”.
The update is available free-of-charge to all customers. Anyone interested in testing the software can obtain a fully-functional 30-day trial version. Both the update and the trial versions can be found at: http://www.inloox.com
