mGuard Security Router for Process Engineering

With mGuard 8.3 extensive firewall configurations are simplified by summarizing IP and port ranges in groups with a freely assigned name. The mGuard now also supports the authentication method "Extended Authentication" (XAuth) and "Mode Config" as a server and as a client. This improves its interoperability including support of Apple iOS as a VPN client. Providing functions for dynamic routing (OSPF) and GRE tunneling, mGuard is 8.3 ideally suited for application scenarios in large, complex networks and VPN structures. Numerous central improvements complete the picture of a state of the art security firmware.
