During this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo in London, ISO Software Systeme will be exhibiting its Airport Management Suite SKYport.
ISO has continuously enhanced its well-established SKYport Suite, adding not only evolutionary improvements, but also the SKYport PRM module – which ISO will showcase for the very first time during PTE. With its combination of browser-based frontend and mobile app, the new module provides real-time information for both arriving and departing PRMs. Closely integrated with the SKYport suite, SKYport PRM uses the IATA Type B message parser to provide real-time information for all PRM-related activities. Dispatch mode, shift planning and real-time tracking guarantee a seamless process for the entire PRM staff.

The SKYport PRM Mobile App reduces the manual effort of the staff in handling PRMs by offering features such as integrated boarding pass scan, alarm functions and pause functions for any particular work order. Such work orders and alarms for assigned PRMs stay active – even in offline mode.
