Decisive for choosing the CRM solution of the German tourism IT specialist were the specific adjustment of Emerald to the tourism business processes and the satisfaction of the Emerald users of the Hurtigruten GmbH subsidiary in Hamburg, who have successfully been using Emerald since 2003.
An optimal basis for future and innovative extensions was established with the new version of the ISOsolution. Currently, 250 users are working with Emerald as Customer Relationship Management Systems among all locations of Hurtigruten in Norway, Germany, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the USA.
