27 February 2019 – ISO Travel Solutions presents its latest developments for the tourism industry at ITB 2019 in Berlin. The highlights include the new Airline Retailing Platform SKYres, which is based on the NDC and ONE Order standards of IATA. ISO Travel Solutions will be at stand 111 in hall 5.1.
Besides SKYres, ISO will also present extensions to the Bus Module and two new products: ISO Travel Checker and ISO Dashboard System.
SKYres Airline Retailing Platform
SKYres is ISO’s new airline retailing platform. It is based on the IATA standards New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order and combines all components of a trip under one booking reference – i.e. flight, ancillaries and external services such as transfers or rental cars. In this was SKYres overcomes the limitations of GDS distribution and offers travelers a completely new booking experience.
Bus Module
ISO also presents enhancements to the Bus Module, a part of the Solution Suite Pacific. A range of activities can be managed with it: primary and secondary routes, boarding and de-boarding, distances, duration and costs, drivers and tour guides of coach and bus trips, transfers and excursions. The system determines vacancies and prices, and transfers them to all connected distribution channels. The solution supports multiple currencies, and the price calculation can be carried out transnationally including different tax rates. In addition, all necessary lists and documents are generated.
ISO Travel Checker
The new ISO Travel Checker checks the temporal plausibility of dynamically packaged travel components. Using a special algorithm, the ISO Travel Checker examines the entire travel process as to consistency and feasibility. Customers and agents can use it to individually compile travel processes from ancillaries as well as check and refine these.
Dashboard System
Moreover, ISO offers a new Dashboard System that visualizes the most important company data and statistics in real time. The Dashboard System presents the relevant information intuitively and attractively to various user groups. In this way users can make well-founded decisions and regularly check the performance of their products.
