Nachbaur Reisen will book with Pacific from ISO Travel Solutions in the future

Feldkirch-based Nachbaur Reisen GmbH has changed its central tour operator system and will now book with Pacific from ISO Travel Solutions GmbH.

Nachbaur Reisen, one of the largest tour operators in Western Austria, is now working with the Pacific reservation system from ISO Travel Solutions. With the modern Pacific system, Nachbaur Reisen replaces its previously used system Turista. In the course of the project, Pacific was extended with a travel agency module and additional customer-specific adaptations were implemented. The migration was carried out in close coordination with all relevant users in record time and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The renowned tourism company Nachbaur Reisen was taken over by the Austrian tour operator High Life Reisen on September 1, 2020, which has relied on ISO Travel Solutions' tourism solutions for quite some time. Therefore, all data and bookings for Nachbaur will be handled in the existing Pacific environment from High Life Reisen. The brand name Nachbaur Reisen as well as the established locations Feldkirch and Dornbirn will be retained.
