FastSearch & IBE: Speed & Precision combined
With FastSearch, ISO has launched a new, platform-independent caching technology for the search and price calculation of travel offers. Based on the high computing power of AI infrastructures, FastSearch quickly and accurately calculates suitable offers in response to individual search queries. It sits between the existing booking interface and the booking system. It ensures that available and price-checked offers, including children's and group prices, are displayed within milliseconds, even under the highest request volumes. FastSearch will be presented with a new Internet Booking Engine, demonstrating the power of this cost-effective solution.
Atlantic Reservation System – Go to MACH4 Dynamic Packaging
The newly developed Dynamic Packaging System Atlantic is aimed at airlines, hotel chains and tour operators. It is based on a modern MACH architecture (microservices, API-first, cloud native, headless) and is characterized by its flexibility, focus on external interfaces and ease of use. Atlantic is conceptually designed as an Offer & Order Management System. This enables the dynamic creation of personalized offers – independent of channel, product and time.
Blockchain, AI & NIS2
As a supporter of the Camino Blockchain, an innovative check-in demo for car rental companies will be presented. With the new application, the vehicle pick-up process can be massively simplified and accelerated using smart contracts and NFTs – no Web3 expertise is required on the part of the end customer. In addition, ISO will share its practical experience with its "From Booking to Boarding" solution for NFT tickets, check-in and baggage tracking.
In the area of AI, ISO focuses on process optimization for its customers. A multi-functional AI platform enables the efficient creation of customer-specific classifiers and useful "what-if simulations". These predict, for example, the likelihood of cancellations or fixed bookings for capacity utilization and campaign planning.
In addition to innovation, cyber security and resilience play a central role in software development for ISO Travel Solutions. For this reason, all ISO solutions undergo a comprehensive adaptation to the stricter EU requirements as part of the NIS2 regulations by October 2024.
