ELSBETH Predictive Dialing von itCampus ist ein intelligentes vorausschauendes Einwahlsystem auf Softwarebasis, das die Zahl der echten Kundenkontakte praktisch verdoppelt, indem es Agenten in Contact Centern systematisch mit Kunden verbindet. Dabei werden Anrufbeantworter und Faxe erkannt und von vornherein nicht mit angewählt. Dadurch steigen sowohl Effektivität als auch Zufriedenheit der Agents, weil sie sich überflüssige Anrufe sparen.
Derzeit gibt es etwa 15 verschiedene Predictive Dialer am Markt. Anbieter werben aktuell teilweise aggressiv um den Einsatz ihres Dialers – mit kostenlosen Teststellungen von bis zu einem Jahr Laufzeit. „Eine solches Marktverhalten finden wir eher fragwürdig“, stellt Torsten Krause von der DIMA fest. „Wir setzen stattdessen mit ELSBETH Predictive Dialing auf ein erwiesenermaßen leistungsfähiges Produkt und auf die Kontinuität unserer Zusammenarbeit mit der itCampus Software- und Systemhaus GmbH. Beide schätzen wir als innovativ und zukunftssicher.“
itCampus, so Krause, sei zudem außerordentlich branchenerfahren. „Das Unternehmen ist ständig am Puls der aktuellen Entwicklung in der Call Center-Branche und entwickelt – für uns ebenfalls interessante – Vorreiter-Lösungen, zum Beispiel für die Qualitätssteigerung.
