itCampus studiert den ITK-Markt

FGM Forschungsgruppe Medien GmbH mit bundesweit größter Marktforschungsstudie zum Thema Multichannel beauftragt

Derzeit führt die FGM Forschungsgruppe Medien GmbH im Auftrag von itCampus eine umfassende Befragung zum Thema "Multichannel im Kundenkontakt" durch. Ziel der laufenden Marktforschungsstudie ist es, die aktuellen und zukünftigen IT-Anforderungen von kommunikationsintensiven Unternehmen zu eruieren und mögliche Entwicklungstrends in der Kundenkommunikation abzuleiten.

An den laufenden telefonischen Befragungen nehmen rund 200 IT-Entscheider aus fünf unterschiedlichen Märkten teil: Banken und Versicherungen, Transport und Logistik, E-Commerce, Energie sowie Call und Contact Center. Damit ist die von itCampus beauftragte Untersuchung die umfassendste, die bislang in Deutschland zum Thema Multichannel durchgeführt wurde.

Die ausführlichen Untersuchungsergebnisse werden voraussichtlich Ende August 2008 vorliegen.
