John Scott Works is a specialist designer, manufacturer, and installer of mezzanine floors for the United Kingdom and Ireland. This year, we are showcasing not only innovative ways to create more space for your business, but also our commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge production processes. The whole process for the mezzanine floor is arranged in-house: from personal advice to professional installation. As a manufacturer of mezzanines, equipment is vital. Our philosophy of carrying out all elements of the manufacturing process in-house makes our saws among the most heavily utilised machines in the process. Purchasing good quality machinery helps with efficiency and reliability. This is exactly what the recently purchased and installed new saw is. We upgraded our factory with a semi-automatic sawing machine: with a cutting speed of up to 120m/min, powerful motor, 60-degree cutting range, large bundle capacity, extended roller beds and 8m outfeed. This saw increases our capacity, while improving safety and reducing our environmental impact.
