SCHNEIDER KREUZNACH presents its first servo control valve in size 6 with position feedback function

(PresseBox) (Bad Kreuznach, )
Schneider-Kreuznach will expand its product range with the servo control valve HVM 065, a size 6 valve with feedback on the position of the control piston. The position feedback option means that it is possible to improve the dynamics and resolution while reducing the hysteresis. The HVM 065 is suitable for use in automotive and dosing technology applications as well as for sheet metal processing, energy and wind power. The servo control valve has a robust, compact design and its parameters can be adjusted via a USB interface for specific applications. In addition, it has the following characteristics:

• Linear motor with a high power reserve
• Reduced requirements for oil purity
• Qmax = 40 l/min at ∆p = 70 bar
• pmax = 315 bar
• Hydraulic and electric zero adjustment
• Emergency manual operation possible in case of power failures
• Maximum energy efficiency due to minimum oil leakage

As a specialist for precision mechanics and servo hydraulics, Schneider-Kreuznach works with customers to develop comprehensive solutions to their problems with a focus on the power density of products and applications. Maximum flexibility and precision can be achieved using valves and controllers.

Schneider-Kreuznach will present the HVM 065 at the 2015 Hannover Messe from 13 to 17 April 2015 at booth A05 in hall 23.
