The chemical industry and process engineering are among the biggest industrial compressed air users. But especially applications with high compressed air requirements offer considerable potential for energy and cost savings. Kaeser’s oil-free compression rotary screw compressors were designed specifically with these advantages in mind. When combined with the innovative i.HOC rotation dryer, these innovative systems not only deliver highly efficient and economical performance, but also reliably achieve stable pressure dew points to - 30 Celsius.
Oil-free and compact
Oil-free compressed air can also be delivered by Kaeser’s new containerised compressors: The compact Contain-Air station is equipped with a CSG or DSG series rotary screw compressor with an integrated rotation dryer and delivers oil-free compressed air with a small form factor. Since the container can be placed virtually anywhere on a plant site (only flat ground is needed), there is no need to invest in a separate compressor room, for example. This compact compressed air station delivers oil-free compressed air reliably and efficiently at pressure dew points up to -30 Celsius.
Sigma Air Manager 4.0
For optimal control of a compressed air station, there is no better choice than the Sigma Air Manager 4.0. Providing perfect coordination of all components, this advanced compressed air management system ensures maximum availability and energy efficiency at all times through its improved 3D advanced control concept. In addition, it serves as a communication node and meets the basic prerequisites for delivering Industrie 4.0-compliant services such as continual energy management and predictive maintenance.
