This solution combines straiv's software with KIOSK Embedded Systems' hardware components and will be available as early as August. The kiosk enables hotel guests to check-in and check-out conveniently and time-savingly themselves and complements straiv's solution portfolio for digital and contactless hotel check-in solutions.
The introduction of the check-in kiosk further contributes to addressing the staff shortage in the hotel industry, digitizing the hotel stay and thereby providing guests with a first-class experience with maximum flexibility. The Stellar TK-2100 Series is a modular kiosk that can be flexibly customized to meet the unique needs of any hotel. It can be seamlessly integrated with existing property management systems and locking systems, provided there is integration to straiv from the respective systems. The check-in kiosk offers guests an alternative to the traditional front desk service to check-in comfortably and independently 24/7 365 days a year.
