Our Exhibits
The KR 606-3 mini drilling rig with versatile zoom kinematics for various mast positions – ideal for use in confined spaces, e.g. in urban areas. The smallest drilling rig in the KLEMM portfolio can be combined with either diesel or electro-hydraulic power packs - the latter facilitating emission-free and low noise operations. The power pack for the KR 606-3 can be supplied either on a frame, on crawler tracks, or on a wheeled chassis.
With an operating weight of less than 10 t and an overall width of 1.8 m, the KR 800-3G, with its 100 kW EU Stage V engine, is our smallest anchor and universal drilling rig. Newly developed boom kinematics and the so called divisible “Smart Concept” mast, enable the KR 800-3G to easily drill applications in areas with very limited headroom.
The KR 805-3GW is a drilling rig used for drilling probes in near-surface geothermal energy extraction. When using the double-head drilling method it can drill to depths of up to 375 m. Weighing just under 20 t the rig is fitted with a crane, a rod handling device and a hydraulic salvage and pulling device. With our Energy Efficiency Package (EEP) and patented Power Sharing system, the rig automatically ensures that each drilling operation is carried out in the most energy-efficient way suitable to the varying working conditions.
Our latest development: the KR 806-3E electric drill rig. The proven technology of the KR 806-3GS meets a completely newly developed electrohydraulic, emission-free drive train. One of the most important features is the ease with which the rig can be connected to the standard electrical infrastructure on the construction site. Additionally, an intelligent control system enables the integration of a battery to reduce the amount of mains power required, for hybrid power supply during load peaks and for off-grid operation. The performance and versatility of the KR 806-3E is comparable to that of the more familiar KR 806-3GS diesel-hydraulic variant.
