Eight Technical Session Presentations
Konrad Technologies proves engineering expertise and a commitment to innovation by having been selected by National Instruments to present eight technical sessions throughout the Automotive Track, Skills Development Tracks and Test Leadership Forum.
Robin Irwin, Managing Director Northern Europe at Konrad Technologies said:
“The collaboration and international representation of the Konrad Technologies technical team at NIWeek represents our growing footprint around the world in supporting the NI customer base.
Chris Roebuck, Certified NI LabVIEW and TestStand Architect, LabVIEW Champion and Professional Instructor at Konrad Technologies in the United Kingdom, will bring his expertise to present sessions on approaches to improving code quality, robustness, workflow, fixing failures and aspects of continuous integration. A further session co-presented with an industry leader in test automation for semiconductor will explore how to develop a NI LabVIEW team on the way to creating a Centre of Excellence for NI LabVIEW development.”
Radar Production Test System at NI Automotive Pavilion
The Konrad Technologies Radar Production Test System (KT-RPTS) for 24 GHz or 76-81 GHz automotive sensor test will be showcased at the NI Automotive Pavilion on the exhibition hall during NIWeek 2019. The complete solution provided by Konrad Technologies is built on the flexible and modular National Instruments Vehicle Radar Test System (VRTS) platform.
Ram Mirwani, Director of Global Business Development, ADAS at Konrad Technologies said:
“Konrad Technologies designed the KT-RPTS with the end user radar production test requirements in mind. This test platform increases the quality of test by combining measurement-based functional test with object simulation for a total performance evaluation in seconds.”
ADAS Innovation and Test (ADAS iiT)
ADAS iiT will have a prominent 20 x 20-foot booth on the NIWeek exhibition floor with a full Sensor Fusion Hardware in the Loop (HIL), Data Management and Vehicle-to-X (V2X) Communication demonstration. Learn more about ADAS iiT at the technical session on Tuesday titled “One-Stop-Test Solution for Autonomous Driving”.
SEPAD Track Chair
Becky Linton, Senior Systems Engineer at Konrad Technologies is the NIWeek 2019 Software Engineering Processes, Architecture, and Design (SEPAD) Track Chair. As a certified NI LabVIEW Architect and Champion, Becky Linton is an active and enthusiastic member of the NI LabVIEW community.
Becky Linton, Senior Systems Engineer at Konrad Technologies said:
“Along with my co-chair, Chris Cilino, LabVIEW Framework Architect at Cirrus Logic, we have been planning the SEPAD Track for months to bring attendees the best sessions possible. This year we curated 57 sessions over four days focused on advanced NI TestStand, LabVIEW and SystemLink covering software topics throughout requirements, design, unit testing and integration. I am excited for the variety of mini-tracks this year, from Object-Oriented (OO) to Continuous Integration (CI) to community topics and even a full week following a theoretical project life cycle.”
