Japanese fiber optic splicing units can be repaired in Germany: LASER COMPONENTS is the authorized service center for all FITEL Furukawa cleaving and splicing units. Annual maintenance checks are also performed. The units will be cleaned, realigned, and updated with the current firmware. After just a short amount of time they will be back to the customer - regardless whether they are picked up onsite or shipped back.
