Position measurement is carried out at a resolution of 16 bits at speeds of up to 1 MHz. The power range extends from nW to mW and can be used for both DC applications and in modulated light sources.
PSD bias voltage, amplification, the use of analog/digital filters, etc.: All parameters can be easily set up and monitored with the software included in delivery. Imaging the light spot on the monitor is carried out graphically. Movements in XY direction, as well as deviations (X-t and Y-t), can be continually tracked. All data is transmitted via USB2.0.
The SEEPOS is suited for all standard PSDs. Position measurement is carried out most easily with SiTek's compact PSD modules. Either one-dimensional PSDs from 2.5 mm to 20 mm or two-dimensional PSDs with an edge length of 2x2 mm² to 20x20 mm² can be integrated in the "PSD Holder MH01" mount. In this plug&play solution, the PSD mount simply has to be connected via the DSUB9 connector included in delivery with the SEEPOS. Then, the sub-μm position measurement can begin.
