Pünktlich zur Leitmesse LASER World of PHOTONICS präsentiert LASER COMPONENTS den neuen Katalog für Impulslaserdioden und Avalanche Photodioden. Neu im Sortiment sind neben der schnellsten Impulslaserdiode der Welt auch APD Arrays, bei denen mehrere Sensorelemente in einem Bauteil integriert sind.

Alle Produkte wurden von LASER COMPONENTS in Kanada und den USA entwickelt und hergestellt. Im eigenen Haus entwickelte Halbleitermaterialien und -strukturen sorgen auch bei preisgünstigen Bauteilen für höchste Qualität.

Impulslaserdioden und Avalanche Photodioden kommen vor allem in der lasergestützten Abstandsmessung zum Einsatz. Im Rahmen der „Adaptiven Geschwindigkeitsregelung“ sind sie Schlüsseltechnologien auf dem Weg zum selbstfahrenden Auto. Der Katalog steht auf der Webseite zum Download bereit. Die gedruckte Version ist ebenfalls kostenfrei erhältlich.
