Free choice of applications
The TETRApad H1 is a highly resistant and lightweight PDA. With it's 5-inch outdoor display it can be read in any environmental condition. Equipped with an extra hard touchscreen surface the TETRApad H1 is easy to use with the fingers, with gloves or with the stylus. A highlight in the PDA class is the Intel x86 CPU which allows to run Windows 7 or Windows XP. To use an full Windows operating system means a greater flexibility in the choice of application software that is not offered by a conventional PDA equipped with a generally ARM CPU. Indeed, complex application software developed on workstations can be installed directly on the TETRApad H1 and have not to be rewritten for the use on a PDA with Windows Mobile.
