In the course of the industrial production of particles, dispersions and other technical products, modern process control is almost always computer-aided and/or requires the use of appropriate measuring devices. The more artificial intelligence is used, the more we are moving towards Industry 4.0. Of course, process control goes hand in hand with quality control, which also requires compliance with standards through continuous or at least random testing of predefined product parameters. In addition, a distinction must be made between inline process control and accompanying atline process control.
In the run-up to ACHEMA, LUM is presenting some scientific work by users on the subject of process control as part of the new LUM LinkedIn series, but at the same time would like to emphasize that this can only cover a small aspect of this very complex and extensive topic.
At the ACHEMA in Frankfurt in August, the LUM measuring devices for the characterization of particles and dispersions, for inline and atline product and process control, will be presented live in Hall 4.1 at Stand F47. The LUM event team is looking forward to your visit, a limited number of guest tickets is still available.
