Leading international suppliers confirmed participation

(PresseBox) (St Albans Herts, )
Leading European, American and Asian suppliers of the converting industry will ensure that ICE Asia 2010 will again be a highlight event for the Chinese converting market.

Some 50 companies have already signed up for ICE Asia which will take place from 17-19 March 2010, at the Shanghai Expo Mart. Half of these exhibitors are Western companies, including leading suppliers like BMB/Kroenert, Davis-Standard, Herbert Olbrich, Polytype and PSA. Important domestic exhibitors are Chongxiu Electric & Mechanic, Fushan Doubaut, Gawan Industries, Nanjing Ascent and Skyway.

“With this good blend of domestic and international exhibitors, and highly qualified trade visitors the show is again set for success. In order to attract a large number of industry experts and decision makers to ICE Asia, we have built strong partnerships with the relevant associations in China, in addition to our comprehensive visitor campaign,” says Tom Ho, Exhibition Director ICE Asia on behalf of the organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions. The previous exhibition, which took place in January 2008, attracted some 2,000 trade visitors. ICE Asia 2010 is supported by the Guangdong Packaging Association, the China Packaging Federation Packaging & Printing Committee as well as the Flexographic Printing Branch of China Printing Technology Association.

The exhibition will showcase a comprehensive range of machinery, materials, systems and services for paper, film and foil converting: materials, coating/laminating, drying/curing, slitting/rewinding, treating, printing machinery, measurement/control, finishing, toll coating, accessories, waste removal and software.

“Despite the global economic crisis, Asia, and in particular China, is still one of the biggest consumers of converted paper, film and foil products in the world,” explains Tom Ho, “ICE Asia, with its specialised exhibition profile, offers suppliers in the converting industry an ideal platform to form business contacts and find new partners in this dynamic market.”

ICE Asia 2010 will be held at the Shanghai Expo Mart, a modern exhibition centre located in the centre of Shanghai and not far from the domestic airport. The organisers offer attractive exhibition packages to make participating at ICE Asia as convenient as possible.

Companies interested in exhibiting at ICE Asia 2010, will find detailed information on the show website www.ice-x-china.com or can contact the organisers at info@ice-x-asia.com.
