inter airport India was heralded a great success by organisers, exhibitors and visitors alike. 155 exhibitors presented a comprehensive range of airport equipment, technology and services. 75% of the companies were from outside India, from a total of 18 countries and the show attracted some 3,000 trade visitors. The second edition of the inter airport India event is scheduled to take place from 25 – 27 March 2008 at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center.
In addition, the new joint venture company, InterAds Brooks, will organise Exporail, India for the first time in Delhi from 16 – 18 October 2007. Mack Brooks is the world leader in the organising of airport and rail trade exhibitions. inter airport Europe in Germany is the flagship event for the airport industry, with complementary events being held in China, the USA and now in India. For the railway industry, a series of established exhibitions already take place in England, Switzerland, France, Italy, China and Russia. Mack Brooks also organises leading international technology exhibitions in a variety of metal working, engineering, textile, transport, construction and IT sectors and plans to announce further new events in India in the coming months.
InterAds Brooks is also now focusing upon the potential to partner with third-party owners of established international show brands who wish to bring events to India, particularly from the USA and Europe.
