Innodisk’s exclusive L³ architecture is defined as L² (Long Life) architecture multiplied by LDPC (Low Density Parity Check). The L² architecture is a 4K mapping algorithm that reduces Write Amplification Index (WAI) and includes a real-time wear leveling algorithm to provide high performance and enhance endurance. LDPC, a very powerful ECC technology, is now being used in NAND flash memory to increase reliability. In addition, Innodisk’s exclusive industrial-oriented firmware is flexibly adaptable to individual customer requirements, making it perfect for a variety of industrial applications.
As PCIe becomes a mainstream interface, more and more industrial PC makers have adopted the PCIe specification for storage devices. Innodisk now launches a PCIe series SSDs to meet this demand. The PCIe 3ME series supports NVMe and AHCI, Gen III and HMB (Host Memory Buffer).
Innodisk’s SATA 3ME4 series is offered in various form factors including SATADOM, mSATA, M.2, CFast, SATASlim(MO297) and 2.5-inch SSD. The PCIe 3ME series is offered in M.2 2242 form factor. Both series are available in the standard temperature range of 0°C to +70°C and the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The SSD capacity is available in a large variety of sizes (GB) to cover a wide variety of applications.
