The module for small spaces - EvoTrak lite angled

(PresseBox) (Allschwil, )
EvoTrak lite angled, with its voltage capacity of 1500 V and a current capacity of up to 330 A, is ideally suited for medium-power applications that utilize cross-section shielded and unshielded cables of up to 70mm². Its compactness makes it particularly appealing for Light Rail Vehicles (LRV). Especially in confined spaces and exposed to a wide range of weather conditions, a high quality and safe connector is essential. The EvoTrak lite angled is perfectly suited for this kind of requirement. It features an angled design that provides strong connections in tight spaces such as batteries, added inverters, HVAC and other subsystems. The IP66-67 protection provides a solution for harsh environments.  In addition, it is perfectly equipped for battery interfaces with its safety-oriented IPX2 protection.

In addition, when used for the connection of traction motors, this new range of connectors offers a unique solution for phase segregation. Evotrak lite's metallic segregation ensures no short circuit between two phases.

EvoTrak lite angled offers unbeatable feature combinations in the smallest possible space:
  • 1 to 4 poles
  • 10 mm diameter contact for a current capacity up to 330 A
  • For shielded and unshielded cable cross-sections up to 70 mm²
  • Add crimp and screw contacts
  • Full metallic connector for high durability and robustness
  • Segregation of phases (especially for PMM – Permanent Magnet Motor connections)
  • IP2X solution
  • IP66-67 for harsh environment
This right-angled version can be combined with other already existing versions of the EvoTrak lite range (straight and panel receptacle) and therefore offers a wide range of possible configurations and cable layouts.
