Als Corona-bedingten Messeersatz veranstaltet der Verein Deutscher Werkzeugmaschinenfabriken vom 15. bis 19. Juni 2020 die METAV Web-Sessions unter dem Motto „Let’s talk about innovation“. CAD/CAM-Hersteller OPEN MIND nimmt mit einem Vortrag am 17. Juni 2020 um 16:00 Uhr teil.

Unter dem Motto „Automation in der digitalen Fertigung“ sprechen Claudio Jorio, Director Sales DACH & Global Resellers, und Rico Müller, Project Manager CAD/CAM Automation bei OPEN MIND Technologies AG, über das hyperMILL® Automation Center. Durch die Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Programmierprozessen können aktuelle Herausforderungen wie sinkende Stückzahlen, Individualisierung von Produkten, Fachkräftemangel, sowie die effizientere Bearbeitung von Bauteilen durch dynamischere Maschinen und Werkzeuge besser bewältigt werden.
