Fast transformation while securing business continuity
Orga Systems took over full delivery, integration and migration responsibility to replace the legacy BSS environment at Wataniya Mobile. With an aggressive time scale at hand the delivery target was to deploy the new real-time billing platform and CRM solution, which was integrated with a local partner, in less than a year. In a first phase a “ready-to-go” option was deployed to secure business continuity at any time. This included network integration, tariff and promotion configuration and was achieved in 23 weeks only.
The migration and go-live was implemented in less than 12 months. This included the full deployment of GOLD CCB for end-to-end revenue management and a new Siebel CRM system, one of the world's most complete customer relationship management solutions for telecom.
