In November 2010, life:) successfully launched the Next Generation Control Point product (NGCP), bringing significant advantages to life:)’s subscribers. The key advantages of the unified platform are: performance increase by over 300%, very flexible system configuration and support of Subscriber Profile Repository usable for policing and autonomous charging. Since the NGCP launch, life:)’s customers benefited from flexibility of integration with GGSN charging node enabling more effective charging. Due to the fact that the customer complaints on GPRS charging decreased significantly, NGCP plays a great role in customer satisfaction.
