Monika Metzner has informed the surprised members during the annual conference with more than 100 participants at 17th & 18th of March at Fulda (Germany). This decision is fully supported by Oliwer Dahms who was already designated as successor of former managing director Joachim Metzner.
Monika Metzner will stay with PartnerLIFT till 31st of December 2014 to keep responsible for all administrative and organisational items and will be contact person beside Kai Schliephake.
Kai Schliephake will develop closer relationship to all members of PartnerLIFT and will be responsible to close further supply agreements with important manufacturers. Furthermore he will increase the internationalisation of PartnerLIFT and will be responsible for further growth of the network to at least all countries in Europe in the upcoming two to three years. He will benefit from his international experiences he has made during his successful work in the last 11 years as managing director of Oshkosh's German subsidiary of JLG - one of the world wide leading access manufacturers.
Kai Schliephake will leave JLG on the best of terms with JLG management and his team and he sees leading and developing the PartnerLIFT cooperation as an appealing opportunity. The ongoing consolidation - not only in the access industry - in Europe is providing a need for smaller & midsize rental companies to join a strong rental & purchasing organisation like PartnerLIFT. Kai Schliephake is looking forward to grow the PartnerLIFT organisation on all their business areas.
