With the creation of PNME, the solar group Phaesun, with headquarters in Memmingen/Germany is extending its geographical coverage of the international PV Off-Grid markets.
After several successful years of solar project activities in the MENA region, notably in the industrial sector, Phaesun has decided to add to its portfolio in the region, the solar Off-Grid component wholesale activities.
PNME will benefit the support of 14 years of experience of the "one stop shop" Phaesun concept to sustain its development. It will also market the complete Phaesun component product range, which is the most comprehensive one in the Off-Grid market.
With local storage facility in the free zone and equipment available "off the shelf", PNME is expecting to serve not only the Middle East Region but also part of the African distribution network centralizing their global procurements from the UAE.
Major international suppliers from Europe (Solarworld , Steca , Studer, Sonnenschein, Hoppecke) and Asia have welcomed the initiative and already confirmed their agreement to extend the "authorized dealership" to PNME.
Francis Hillman, shareholder and founding member of Phaesun GmbH has been appointed Managing Director and will take the challenge to lead the local team to business development.
Francis Hillman reports: "There has been a change in thinking in terms of energy supply both in the industrial and private sector and environmentally friendly energy sources have gained in importance. Since the needs are important and the affordability is now a fact, the market is naturally growing. With stock, sales support & service available from the UAE, Phaesun continues the implementation of its decentralization policy to get closer to our customers and serve them faster and better".
Like in most of its decentralized bases, Phaesun plans for PNME include the development of locally available training and product service centres.
