The cloud-based enhancements are structured on the Career Site Builder functionality of SAP SuccessFactors.
The content system is easy to use and maintain, but extends the design options for state-of-the-art career pages with numerous new functions such as parallax animations or FAQ and event management. projekt0708 will present the various options and features at a special showcase in the p78Lab.
Modern career websites face complex challenges. Mere functionality is no longer sufficient. The best possible candidate experience is important, as is individuality. The career website should also reflect one’s own employer brand and the values that the company espouses. However, additional own programming was usually required to execute this in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, as André Hussock, principal consultant at projekt0708, explains. Alternatively, users could also use individual modules or tools from third-party providers. This, however, often comes with maintenance and administration limitations: “Career sites stand or fall on the topicality of their data,” Hussock continues, “and therefore it is very important for HR managers to be able to update content and maintain the site.”
With the modular system developed by projekt0708, numerous standard and user-defined modules, functions, and design templates can be used to create career websites and job postings. The toolset is completely adjustable to your own corporate design and allows individual configuration. Switching between company and career sites can thus be done just as smoothly as between content pages and job profiles. This allows the generation of exciting content as well as an interactive user experience for potential candidates.
“With our Career Site Components, we want to provide HR departments with a tool for designing distinctive career sites and simply executing new ideas or formats themselves,” André Hussock explains.
The new toolset has already been used in several customer projects, including the redesign of the career website of the large drugstore chain "dm". projekt0708 hosts the Career Site Components Suite on the cloud platform and makes it available to interested companies through licence models scaled according to company size. In addition to the integrated functions and modules, other tools such as ‘Smart Search’, a special chatbot called ‘Conny’, and cookie banner templates for legally compliant career websites can also be booked.
