The first step when reaching out to the desired target audience with the job opportunity is selecting suitable platforms or job portals. With Labor Market Insights, the number of advertisements for specific roles can be retrieved and broken down according to job portals, regions, or employers. Multiple freely combinable search functions also allow more complex searches. Recruiters are therefore able to see which platforms are primarily used to advertise specific roles and adjust their HR strategy accordingly.
Statistical analysis can be reviewed using time curves, such as ones that display calendar weeks. Regular monitoring makes it easy to visualise seasonal fluctuations, allocations across the regions and changes in the job market. HR managers are thus able to recognise trends early on and draw conclusions for their own recruitment activities. For example, Jobfeed allows you to analyse which job titles are often used for certain roles and what these job advertisements require and offer. You can even closely examine which jobs are or were advertised by competitors with just a few clicks.
The underlying Jobfeed functionalities of the software were developed by Textkernel and have been tried and tested on the market for several years. In addition to advertisers, the job market software has also been used primarily by job agency portals and temporary employment agencies.
The aim of this joint project between Textkernel and projekt0708 is to also provide companies with an easy-to-use version. To this end, the software was integrated into SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting by projekt0708. Users in HR departments can now access the application directly via their SAP system. The interface is currently being redesigned to further improve the user experience.
p78 Labor Market Insights is the third joint product launched by Textkernel and projekt0708 –follows the release of their first application p78 Quick Apply in 2019 and the recently released p78 Search & Match Suite. Both products can now be found in the SAP App Center here. The two IT companies have been combining their expertise in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning for HR management (Textkernel) and SAP SuccessFactors (projekt0708) in a close partnership since 2019.
