projekt0708 is a SAP Build partner: first application released in the SAP App Center.
With “p78 Quick Apply”, projekt0708 has released its own app in the SAP App Center for the first time. The application was successfully tested and approved by SAP. With the acceptance of the application in the SAP App Center, projekt0708 has achieved another success in the form of the official SAP Build partner status within the scope of the SAP PartnerEdge programme.
The application is an innovative, time-saving recruitment solution that enables applications without prior registration and without having to enter a password. Candidates can use the app to apply for job openings on a mobile device with minimal effort by directly uploading their CVs from their smartphone or via file hosting services such as Dropbox or Google Drive. All data required for the application is automatically extracted from the CV and entered into the respective form fields. Semantic technologies from projekt0708’s development partner, textkernel, are used here.
The quick application app "p78 Quick Apply" has already been successfully launched as part of a project with the official reference customer, dm-drogerie markt, and is now available to all SAP user companies on the SAP App Center within the SuccessFactors section. The cloud approach is used consistently for this, as highlighted by Dirk Jäckel, Managing Director/CTO at projekt0708: “The application is immediately ready for use. This means customers won’t lose any time installing the application, but rather can implement the Quick Apply app into their recruitment process without delay and immediately utilise the advantages of automatic updating via the ePaaS model.” In contrast to similar solutions on the market, projekt0708 uses a native cloud delivery model so the app can install automatic updates without additional costs.
With the release of the application in the SAP App Center, projekt0708 continues implementing its strategic goals. The specialist for SAP cloud solutions for HR and SAP Concur as well as SAP ERP HCM has been a Build partner in the SAP partner programme “SAP PartnerEdge” for several years. Application development partners are supported by SAP through this developer programme as they plan, develop, and launch their solutions, as well as receiving the necessary test, demo, and development licenses.
The aim is to provide SAP users with a wide range of additional, immediately usable solutions. This model of joint development also provides benefits to the SAP partners involved: “We achieve a high level of visibility through the SAP App Center, allowing us to reach many more potential customers, even beyond the DACH region”, explains Jäckel.
